[The NG Rules]

Unesessecary.

The reason why it isn't in a flash (especially like this) is because still text is much easier to read. With the text always moving, this gets really hard to read, and makes it much easier to miss something. Now if you made buttons that went to different sections of the rules, then maybe it would be ok.

But in all honesty, the BBS rules are fine where they are. People just can't find something that is supposed to be quite obvious to find.

The problem is, well, I simply suck at Flash, and I'm on a thirty day trial. I spent the last few days of it making this, and I submitted what I had. :D

Decent short flash

It was a decent flash, the Back to the Future reference is pretty funny. But what I think you need to work on is your drawing. The lines and everything on the characters look a little.... "sharp." Try and find a way to smoothing out the lines, and sometimes the animation looks a little weak. I think that there is some stuff that you could animate better, like the little walking part. It's little, but maybe try spinning sun rays for the sun, instead of changing the lines every frame. The spinning just makes it look cleaner IMO.

So smooth out those lines, it sort of makes the flash look quickly and roughly drawn.

aye...the art and animation was intented to be like that to give that happy go lucky cartoon look, look at my other flashes, this is pretty crappy looking in comparison.

Well, I've seen much better flashes that are supposed to be art/ concept, but I think all this was was a pile of tweening of a circle. And to me, it has a nice color scheme, but not the greatest animation. I think this could have been something really good, not what seemed like 30 seconds of a circle trying to go over random lines (which didn't look that good)

You know, this flash has pretty much no animation. It's like a photo show, only... it's just stick figures.

Dude, if Green Day saw this as a "tribute" to them, they would be pissed. Putting a picture of them and the words "Green Day" is not much of a tribute, because it lacks any effort at all.

This is a boring flash. Sure, most of the time this will happen in Zelda. But it's different in flash animation, you need some thing exciting!

This was possibly the best rotoscope on Newgrounds. Nothing bad to say about this one, exept for the person who animated the white colored guy. Looked a bit off from the others, but still very good! Loved SensiTrip's part. Short, but epic.

Short isn't the word for it...

You call this short? I know midgets who are taller that this! Well, I guess it was ok since it was 9.9 MB, but if a flash is only 10 seconds long, you really need to work on compressing the file size. The drawings were pretty nice for a stick movie though.

Fairly well done, just find a way to compress those .swf's!
